Nano Enzyme Ball consists of bacterial substances and enzymes, and 5 main pure microorganisms that are developed and selected from natural sources which live together and support each others (symbiosis) from the mangrove forest in Thailand to cultivate, resulting in a variety of useful microbial products and can work in a wide range of different environmental conditions because the product is a natural microbe, non-toxic to the environment and not harmful to humans and pets.

Nano Enzyme Ball is a microorganism that has been continuously researched and developed to combat the problems, especially in livestock and environment, in order to reduce or eliminate the use of chemicals especially moth and naphthalene.


MANUFACTURING

This is a product invented by Thai people, PRODUCT OF THAILAND, mainly using domestic raw materials in which the food to be cultured has been sterilized. It uses the main strains of pure strains to cultivate according to the method until it gets the desired amount and concentration which is appropiated for odor eliminate then dried by Vacuum Freeze Dry method at -18 °C in order to stop the growth of microbes. It is therefore, able to harvest organic substances resulting from the fermentation processes such as enzymes, organic acids, bio-vitamins, without being destroyed or decomposed.

Pediococcus acidilactici
is Microflora Lactic Acid Bacteria that digests sugars, mainly 6 molecules, is lactic acid (Homofermentator) and produces polypeptides. Bacteriocins (bacteria produced by bacteria) called Pediocins have bactericidal effect.  There are many Gram-Negative Bacteria such as Salmonella sp., Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas sp., Vibrio cholerae etc. which also have bactericidal effect.


Many Gram-Positive Bacteria
such as Clostridium perfiengens, Clostridium botulinum Staphylococcus aureus Listeria monocytogens etc. that are harmful to the body, people and animals.


Pediococcus pentosaceus
Microflora Lactic Acid Bacteria are usually found in the gastrointestinal tract. The large intestine can digest 5 molecules into Lactic Acid and produce a polypeptide. Bacteriocins, called Pediocins, have a bactericidal effect that is harmful to the body, people and animals.


Bacillus amyloliquefaciens
is a bacterium that produces polypeptide named Iturins, has antifungal agent and produces many enzymes such as Lipase, Amylase, Sucrase, Protease, Peptidase etc.


Pichia farinosa
is a yeast that is rarely found in nature which has a special feature that can produce polypeptide Toxins Killer: Yeast Antimicrobial Proteins (yeast that can produce only 5 types of Toxins Killer from over twenty thousand yeast). In addition, Toxins Killer reacts to the substance because various toxins produced by bacteria or fungi such as Aflatoxins, Mycotoxins, and Endotoxins that are toxic (Denatured)


Dekkera anomala
is a yeast in the brewing industry called Spoiled Beer Yeast. This type of yeast digests starch and sugar into acidic vinegar, does not turn into alcohol & releases carbon dioxide gas. In addition, it can produce many types of enzymes such as Cellulase Hemicellulase Xylanase Cellubioase Amylase Pectinase Lignase Arabinase etc., producing many kinds of vitamin B.
